LA PLATA, Maryland — The European Commission is expected to unveil its proposed EU Space Act — whose rules will apply to any satellite operator doing business in Europe, European or non-European — before this summer after having kept its details under wraps.
While the Commission did organize a public consultation of the proposed act, then called the EU Space Law, it appears that no one outside the Commission knows much about what’s in it.
