PARIS — Startup commercial SAR radar satellite constellation operator Umbra Lab Inc. expects to launch its first satellite this year and to begin generating revenue immediately.
If its business plan is on target, even a single satellite of 50-75 kilograms, with an Umbra-patented antenna design that deploys to 10 square meters, is enough to start generating revenue at resolutions between 25 and 50 centimeters.
