PARIS — Narrowband satellite constellation startup Sky and Space Global (SAS) concluded an MoU with China’s Commsat Technology Development Co. that, if converted into a contract, would lead to a joint service-distribution and provide precious landing rights in China for SAS.
Beijing-based Commsat is planning its own narrowband Internet of Things (IoT) constellation and has raised about $16 million in a Series A funding round completed in February.
