PARIS — Thales Group’s space business, managed by Thales Alenia Space, reported a 16% increase in revenue in 2021 compared to 2020, in line with that the company told investors in 2019 on the eve of a downturn.
Thales said that even without accounting for any large contracts for satellite constellations that might arrive, it was on track to grow the space business by 5% per year through 2024, to reach 2.5 billion euros ($2.8 billion) in revenue.
