PARIS — Satellite-based data and services constellation operator Spire Global confirmed it will not meet the 2022 revenue target it promised investors during its mid-2021 stock-market introduction but will nonetheless grow annual recurring revenue (ARR) by 44.8% in 2022, to $102.5 million.
That compares with an ARR forecast of $102.5 million as it prepared its SPAC-enabled IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, which occurred in August.
