PARIS — U.S., European and Chinese operators of satellite constellations in low- and medium- Earth orbit found agreement that one of the biggest threats to keeping non-geostationary orbits (NGSOs) from being overrun with debris is better communications between LEO operators on planned satellite maneuvers and precise satellite locations.

SpaceX Starlink, Amazon Project Kuiper, Eutelsat OneWeb, SES O3b and Shanghai Spacecom Satellite Communications Technologies (SSST) all appeared to commit to maintaining 24/7 hotlines on their satellite activities and providing satellite movement . . .
