PARIS — Smallsat builder and service provider AAC Clyde Space of Sweden and Scotland reported a 6% decline in revenue for the nine months ending Sept. 30 but a sharp increase in backlog on the strength of what the company hopes are breakthrough orders from established fleet operators Orbcomm and Eutelsat.
