PARIS — SES said it will pursue its $1.8-billion breach-of-contract claim against Intelsat regarding the allocation of proceeds from the U.S. government auction of C-band satellite spectrum and will use a court case to find out which non-signatory Intelsat affiliates were behind the move.
If any of them are receiving C-band-clearing payments from Intelsat, SES may seek damages against them as well, SES said.
