PARIS — Satellite fleet operator SES reported a further delay in the deployment of its 11-satellite O3b mPower Ka-band broadband fleet, meaning the constellation, which is key to SES’s growth plans, likely will generate minimal revenue in 2023.
The latest schedule slip pushed launches of the second and third pairs of O3b mPower satellites, on two SpaceX Falcon 9 rockets, into Q2 of this year. They had been scheduled for January or February.
