PARIS — Satellite fleet operator SES asked Intelsat’s bankruptcy court for an immediate “summary judgment” ruling on SES’s claim that Intelsat violated the companies’ agreement to divide equally the proceeds from reorganizing their C-band operations under U.S. government order.
SES said the documents and sworn testimony it has secured from current and former Intelsat employees, from SES personnel and — in a new development — fleet operator Telesat of Canada together make an overwhelming case.
