PARIS-- Startup satellite radar Earth observation imagery provider Capella Space, following its $29.4 million Series B2 funding around earlier this month, has raised about $80 million in five funding rounds since 2017 and announced it would launch seven 50-cm-resolution, sub-100-kg satellites in 2020, starting with SpaceX and Indian PSLV rockets. This will start commercial operations for Capella, which ultimately plans a 36-satellite constellation by around 2023.
