WASHINGTON — Rocket hardware builder Avio SpA’s 2022 financial performance and 2023 forecast shows limited impact of the December failure of the company’s Vega C rocket on its second flight and the delayed arrival of the heavy-lift Ariane 6.
Italy-based Avio reported a 15% increase in revenue for 2022, with backlog up 16%, reaching a record 1.014 billion euros ($1.08 billion), Avio reported on March 14.
