PARIS — Launch-vehicle manufacturer Avio SpA reported double-digit increases in revenue, EBITDA and EBIT for the nine months ending Sept. 30 and said its year-end backlog will approach 1 billion euros ($1.2 billion).
The company said its Vega-C rocket, a more-powerful version of the Vega vehicle now in operation, is on schedule to debut in 2019, a year that will also inaugurate Vega’s SSMS small-satellite carrier to place multiple spacecraft into orbit.
