PARIS — A Canadian court ordered space-as-a-service provider Spire Global to maintain data flow to its customer, space-based space situational awareness data provider NorthStar Earth & Space, ruling that Spire violated its NorthStar contract by previously shutting down service.
In a Sept. 12 decision, Ontario’s Superior Court of Justice issued the injunction to prevent Spire from following through with indications that it would shut down the service, as it had previously.
NorthStar has many problems with the four satellites . . .
