WASHINGTON — Indian telco giant Airtel, which was crucial in partnering with the British government to pullOneWeb out of bankruptcy in 2020, has signed a provisional agreement with SpaceX to offer Starlink services in Airtel’s home market of India, a notoriously difficult market to enter.
