PARIS — Startup satellite IoT and messaging constellation startup Sky and Space Global (SAS) defended its accounting treatment of contract obligations to satellite builder GomSpace and launch-service provider Virgin Orbit on the eve of a key shareholder vote on a financial lifeline.
