LA PLATA, Maryland — Space hardware and services provider OHB SE has made more than 30 proposals to the German Defense Ministry in hopes of capturing a piece of the 100-billion-euro ($100 billion) Special Fund Germany created after Russia’s Feb. 24 invasion of Ukraine.
