LA PLATA, Maryland — Satellite and rocket hardware builder OHB SE said contract-award delays across its government and commercial customer set have stalled the planned growth of its backlog and may also reduce its profitability for 2023.
Bremen, Germany-based OHB said the 22-nation European Space Agency (ESA), the German Federal government, the Defense Ministry and the railway network operator, Deutsche Bahn, and multiple commercial customers have all been slow in running planned contract competitions, selecting winners and signing contract awards.
