LAMPOLDSHAUSEN, Germany — The Norwegian government, satisfied that its flight-termination and other safety systems worked as planned during the March 30 crash of Isar Aerospace’s rocket at the Andoya Spaceport, has signaled it has no issues that would prevent Isar from preparing a second launch this year.
