Mynaric expects to file for Germany’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection ‘in the coming days;’ cash down to $8.7M

LA PLATA, Maryland — Satellite laser communications terminal provider Mynaric AG, which has claimed it booked more orders for U.S. Space Development Agency (SDA) satellite work than any of its competitors, is likely to file for bankruptcy protection under Germany’s Corporate Stabilization and Restructuring Act (StarRUG), an event that will reduce the company’s share price to zero, the company said.
