Mobile satellite capacity seller Ovzon: Lower DoD business reducing 2020 revenue; Ovzon-3 on track for late 2021

CARSAC DE GURSON, France — Satellite bandwidth reseller Ovzon AB reported a sharp drop in revenue and profit for the three months ending June 30, an anticipated result of a lower volume of business with the U.S. Defense Department.

Sweden-based Ovzon, whose U.S. military business is conducted mainly through Intelsat General Corp. (IGC), said full-year 2020 results will show little improvement and will come in below 2019.
