PARIS — Launch-service brokerage and integration provider TriSept Corp. booked a full mission with startup U.K. smallsat launch provider Orbex in the belief that less-expensive ride-shares on larger rockets from SpaceX, Arianespace, India’s ISRO and Russia’s GK Launch Services will not render small rockets unviable on the commercial market.
