PARIS — Kratos Defense & Security Solutions is forecasting continued double-digit growth from its space and satellite business, with government likely the main customer but with recent showcase contract with commercial satellite fleet operator Intelsat.
Intelsat has purchased Kratos’s OpenEdge open-standard, software-enabled terminals, designed to permit data centers to select their own hardware that will then be used with the OpenEdge software.
OpenEdge is part of Kratos’s OpenSpace platform, which Kratos said will permit satellite networks to more easily . . .
