PARIS — Indonesia, which has been one of the world’s most active satellite markets in the past three years, has begun the process of procuring still another spacecraft, with the purchasing process to be managed by the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology (MCIT).
The ministry on Dec. 29 issued a request for bids from satellite consulting companies willing to act as a technical advisor for the Multi-Functional government satellite.
It asks that bidder submit their applications by Jan. 12, with an award of the technical consulting contract . . .
