TUPPER LAKE, NY — Hong Kong Aerospace Technology Group believes that a Hong Kong-based, publicly traded company with a British Virgin Islands-based minority shareholder will be able to attract a global customer set for the manufacturing of up to 200 satellites per year at its new production facility.
