BANGKOK — Mobile satellite services provider Globalstar Inc. said the $1.5-billion satellite constellation being 85% financed by Apple and disclosed on Nov. 1 — constellation size, radio frequency plan, service offering and launch date still undisclosed — has been under construction for some time and that Globalstar is weighing multiple options for how it will use its 15% share.
