Globalstar: Q2 revenue, EBITDA up by 10%+, offsetting equipment decline; next-gen sats launch in 2025

LA PLATA, Maryland — Mobile satellite services provider Globalstar Inc. eported a 10% increase in revenue for the three months ending June 30, with declining equipment sales more than offset by an 18% increase in service revenue that drove a 20% increase in adjusted EBITDA.

Still waiting for expected large government services contract

The company had no updates on its ongoing proof-of-concept testing with an unnamed government services customer that, if successfully completed, will result in a five-year contract with minimum annual revenue commitments climbing to $20 . . .
