LAMPOLDSHAUSEN, Germany — The head of Germany’s space agency outlined Germany’s view of the difficult-to-interpret changes in U.S. government space policy and cooperation with Europe and previewed Germany’s approach to November’s meeting of European Space Agency (ESA) member governments to set budget and program priorities.
