Geospatial imagery constellation operator Satellogic announces $30M contract; effect on near-term liquidity crisis unclear

LA PLATA, Maryland — Geospatial imagery satellite and service provider Satellogic Inc., which in March completed its move from the British Virgin Islands to the United States to capture more U.S. government business, on April 8 said it had signed a $30-million, multi-year contract with an unnamed security/defense customer.

The contract’s duration, and particularly how much revenue is expected from it this year, were not disclosed, making its contribution to Satellogic’s ongoing liquidity problem unclear.

Satellogic reported $12.8 million in revenue . . .
