PARIS — Geospatial imagery and data analytics provider UrtheCast Corp. has been unable to sell its Deimos Imaging subsidiary and Deimos’s two in-orbit satellites and as of Jan. 1 had just 1.8 million Canadian dollars ($1.4 million) in cash — not enough to fund the business in 2020.
Vancouver, Canada-based UrtheCast published its 2019 financial accounts on May 14 after receiving a Covid-19 extension from Canadian regulators. The company expects to file a Q1 2020 statement by June 30.
