PARIS — A former British trade minister and a UK space startup urged the British government to sharpen its just-released national space strategy by spelling out who’s in charge of it and what financial incentives will be put in place to stimulate it.
They both expressed the hope that a government spending review set to be published on Oct. 29 will provide some answers on budget directions and whether tax incentives are foreseen to favor space investment.
Another component will be the publication, long overdue, of a UK . . .
