PARIS — The long-time head of SES’s Video division, Ferdinand Kayser, is leaving the company as part of SES’s broader cost-cutting effort in response to business headwinds and a pivot toward its higher-growth Networks business and will retire a the end of the year. SES Chief Executive Steve Collar will take over as head of the video division starting July 1.
SES has said it would be exploring a transaction to separate the Video business, perhaps through a merger, to allow it to devote its full resources . . .
