PARIS —Satellite fleet operator Eutelsat said that while it has removed seven Russian TV channels from its fleet following European Union sanctions, most of its Russian business has not been affected and its Russian customers continue to pay their bills.
With the Russian ruble having recovered from a sharp drop following Russia’s Feb. 24 invasion of Ukraine, Eutelsat said its Russian business — equivalent to 75.6 million euros ($90 million) last year — continues to function as before.
