PARIS — Satellite fleet operator Eutelsat has quit the C-Band Alliance of four operators negotiating with U.S. regulators on a planned auction of C-band spectrum to 5G networks, throwing the alliance’s mission into doubt.
In a Sept. 3 statement that was as vague as it was brief, Eutelsat said:
