PARIS — The C-Band Alliance of satellite operators seeking U.S. regulatory approval to auction off a portion of the radio spectrum licensed to them to terrestrial 5G operators has reached no consensus on whether to donate part of the proceeds to the U.S. Treasury, Eutelsat Chief Executive Rodolphe Belmer said.
Belmer also said the four-company CBA, including Intelsat, SES and Telesat in addition to Eutelsat, has yet to determine what the division of proceeds will be among them.
