TUPPER LAKE, NY — The expected sharp increase in revenue from the OneWeb broadband constellation in the coming year will not occur because of continued delays in installing the last gateway Earth stations in several nations and administrative delays in authorizing OneWeb service in these nations, OneWeb owner Eutelsat said.
Paris-based Eutelsat first flagged the Earth station installation issue in January, when it had 34 of around 45 Earth stations deployed. That number rose to 37 as of June 30, and the eight remaining gateways are in the Pacific . . .
