PARIS — European and German investment funds have committed 60 million euros ($64.7 million) to space-startup investor Alpine Space Ventures, which said it counts more than 20 SpaceX veterans among its limited partners.
Munich-based Alpine said the new funding, from the European Investment Fund’s InvestEU and the German government’s European Recovery Program (ERP), brings its total financing to more than 100 million. It expects to reach its target of 160 million euros by the end of this year.
