BRUSSELS — The European Commission task force managing Brexit negotiations has begun to clarify how it will deal with the UK during a transition phase and then in a fully post-Brexit relationship.
In an informal presentation dated Jan. 23 to a European Council Working Party on Brexit’s consequences for EU security, defense and foreign policy, the task force specifically addressed Europe’s Galileo satellite positioning, navigation and timing network.
