TUPPER LAKE, NY — Europe's satellite launch market has room for at most two new medium-lift rockets to compete with today’s Vega to launch 2,500-kilogram payloads to LEO and one heavy-lift vehicle to compete with Ariane 6 to launch 15,000 kilograms, according to the European Space Agency (ESA).
