Cubesat builder AAC Clyde weighs moving up-market, predicts positive EBITDA by year’s end

PARIS — Cubesat satellite and components manufacturer AAC Clyde on May 24 told investors that it would cross into postive-EBITDA territory by the end of 2018 as it books new sales and combines the former AAC Microtec and Clyde Space teams.

The company also said it is weighing whether to enlarge its product portfolio to satellites weighing up to 100-200 kilograms based on where the smallsat market is heading.

Sweden-based AAC and Clyde of Scotland currently produce satellite components and full satellite systems weighing up to 50 . . .
