PARIS — Startup commercial signals-intelligence-satellite fleet operator Kleos Space is joining the growing list of space-applications companies listing on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX), with an IPO opening on June 7 and the goal of raising 11 million Australian dollars (about 7 million euros or $8.1 million).
Kleos, headquartered in Luxembourg, plans to use the IPO proceeds to finance the construction and launch, by mid-2019, of its first “Scouting Satellite,” which is designed to prove the business model of collecting radio signals from ships, aircraft and land-mobile vehicles . . .
