TUPPER LAKE, NY — CACI International Inc. said the 16 optical communications terminals launched on four U.S. military satellites in June are “operating at or above [specifications],” and that the company is optimistic about winning more work for the U.S. Space Development Agency's (SDA) low-orbit proliferated-LEO architecture.
