PARIS — Brazilian national telecommunications operator Telebras will pursue its satellite broadband deployment partnership with ViaSat Inc. following Brazilian government and court ruling against a protest waged by the two companies’ competitors but will not take delivery of any fresh ViaSat hardware pending resolution of an opposing court's opposite decision and injunction.
