PARIS — Satellite fleet operator Eutelsat is in final negotiations with OneWeb shareholders on a transaction in which Eutelsat would take ownership of the broadband constellation startup by injecting more cash into the business.
OneWeb’s other shareholders would trade their OneWeb stakes for new Eutelsat shares.
