Avio takes over Vega sales/marketing from Arianespace, faces competition from everywhere, even in Europe

TUPPER LAKE, NY — The successful Sept. 4 flight of the last of Europe’s first-generation Vega rockets also marked the end of Arianespace’s role in selling Vega-C launches around the world. That task now belongs to Vega prime contractor Avio SpA.
