PARIS -- Ovzon AB's preferential-rights issue closed on Jan. 23 and, as expected, the company raised gross revenue of 750 million Swedish krona ($82 million), which will be matched with an equal amount from Ovzon cash flow to purchase a small GEO-orbit Ovzon-3 satellite from Maxar Technologies for Ovzon's mobile broadband business.
