PARIS — In-flight-connectivity service providers Anuvu, Gogo Business Aviation, Intelsat and Panasonic Aero, and aircraft builder Airbus, assessed the changes in air traffic in the nearly two years of the Covid pandemic and the likely long-term changes in passenger profiles.
All were optimistic that the recovery is well under way and that passengers will want more bandwidth than they did before. But there was no consensus on whether a “free-WiFi” business model will be broadly adopted.
