PARIS — Small satellite builder AAC Clyde Space faced questions regarding the intentions of larger shareholders and whether the company could not act to reduce trading volatility.
At a question-and-answer session with AAC Clyde management, smaller shareholders said large-volume trades have put pressure on the stock. One said it left AAC Clyde vulnerable to a hostile takeover.
One shareholder asked specifically about trading from a UBS account and about whether Fouriertransform AB intended to sell off its position.
