PARIS — Startup B2B satellite constellation operator Mangata Networks has secured $99.8 million in loans from a group of Scottish institutions coordinated by Scottish Enterprise — a Mangata equity owner — and selected a greenfield site in Prestwick, Scotland, for its satellite manufacturing plant.
