French space agency CNES: Most ESA ministerial conference issues are settled — except EU secure connectivity program

PARIS — The European Commission’s proposed secure connectivity constellation low-orbiting satellites is about the only issue on which a basic agreement among European Space Agency (ESA) governments remains to be sealed, according to the French space agency, CNES.
